In October 2024, SSA announced that Social Security benefits will have a cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). SSI and SSDI benefits will increase by 2.5 percent. This means that the SSI benefit amount in 2024 of $943 per month will increase to $967 per month. More information about the 2024 COLA can be found here.
